Kat Russell Counselling offers confidential, non-judgmental counselling and therapy for a wide range of emotional and relational challenges. Services include individual counselling for depression, anxiety, stress, and self-esteem concerns, as well as bereavement support for loss and grief. Kat specialises in couples counselling, drawing on formal training in relationship work, and also offers therapy for trauma, sexual abuse, anger management, and pregnancy-related issues including miscarriage and termination of pregnancy counselling.
Sessions are available both online and in person, providing flexibility to suit your needs. Couples counselling is offered in 50-minute or 90-minute formats. Kat has worked extensively with both adults and young people, bringing experience across a diverse range of presenting issues.
