Kasia Marzyńska UKCP is an accredited psychotherapist and EMDR practitioner specialising in trauma, attachment, and relational work. She is a UKCP-accredited member and holds accreditation with the EMDR Association UK & Europe.
Kasia offers general counselling and psychotherapy informed by a range of evidence-based approaches. She integrates Gestalt psychotherapy, applied neuroscience, polyvagal-based therapy, and somatic trauma therapy to support clients working through distressing life events and trauma. Her practice includes EMDR therapy, a neuroscience-based approach that helps process trauma and PTSD, as well as Internal Family Systems (IFS), which she combines with somatic trauma therapy to support deeper body-mind healing.
