Karin Mathews is a qualified and accredited psychotherapist and counsellor offering both short-term counselling and long-term open-ended therapy. She holds professional memberships with BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy), UKCP (UK Council for Psychotherapy), and is a graduate of the WPF, bringing depth and rigour to her practice.

Karin works with a wide range of life challenges. She has particular experience supporting people through loss, including bereavement, divorce, and redundancy, having worked extensively for a bereavement agency. She is skilled in helping clients navigate mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, and OCD, as well as relationship and family issues. Her workplace experience means she is well-equipped to help with work-related stress and professional challenges.

Her therapeutic approaches include psychodynamic therapy and integrative counselling, allowing her to tailor her work to each client's needs.
