About Karen Taylor
Karen Taylor is a UKCP-registered accredited psychotherapist and counsellor offering a comprehensive range of talking therapies for individuals, couples, and families. She is highly trained and experienced as a couples therapist and family counsellor, providing support through general counselling, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), and family and systemic therapy approaches.
Karen holds specialist qualifications in several areas. She is an accredited infertility counsellor through AMBICA (IP) and a qualified adoption counsellor through the Post-Adoption Centre, bringing dedicated expertise to those navigating fertility challenges or the adoption and fostering journey. She is also trained to work therapeutically with highly sensitive persons and has experience supporting people with autism to thrive.
Her training includes full qualification through the Psychotherapy and Hypnosis Training Association, ensuring a thorough grounding in evidence-based therapeutic practice. She offers sessions both in person and online via Zoom, making her services accessible to those who prefer remote support.
