Karen Schumann is a fully qualified, trauma-informed Person-Centred Counsellor registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). She offers both short-term and long-term counselling to support clients through a range of challenges.
Karen's approach integrates person-centred therapy with Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), a powerful method that can be woven into counselling sessions to help clients process difficult emotions and experiences. She is a Certified EFT Practitioner and brings this additional toolkit to her therapeutic work.
