About Karen Hope
Karen Hope is a hypnotherapy specialist with training dating back to 2004 from the Academy of Hypnotic Arts. She holds multiple professional credentials including Fellow of the Academy of Hypnotic Arts (FAHA), Registered Hypnotherapist (R.Hyp), Accredited Specialist Hypnotherapist (ASHyp), and Registered Clinical Hypnotherapist (RCHic).
Karen offers hypnotherapy for a range of concerns including smoking cessation, anxiety, weight loss, and fears or phobias such as fear of heights, flying, or driving. She is a master practitioner in smoking cessation and holds certification in the Virtual Gastric Band Procedure. Her approach extends to helping clients manage stress by teaching them how to change their response to stressful situations, and she works with social anxiety and agoraphobia.
Beyond hypnotherapy, Karen is a master practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and offers NLP coaching to support personal development and change. She also provides support for those dealing with long COVID, taking a holistic approach to post-pandemic recovery.
Whether you're looking to break a habit, manage anxiety, work through fears, or develop new patterns of thinking and behaviour, Karen combines hypnotherapy and NLP techniques to help you take control of your wellbeing.
