Karen Bresloff Trauma Therapy is a UKCP registered psychotherapist specialising in trauma recovery and nervous system regulation through body-focused approaches. As a certified Somatic Experiencing practitioner, Karen offers therapeutic support grounded in how the body holds and processes trauma, helping clients move towards healing and resilience.
Karen's practice encompasses several evidence-based trauma therapies. She is trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to completion of advanced levels, Brainspotting as a neurobiological tool for processing trauma, and the Rewind Technique for rapid trauma resolution. These modalities are complemented by somatic bodywork and general counselling sessions tailored to your needs.
Beyond talk therapy, Karen integrates sound and energy work into her practice. As a certified sound therapist trained as a gong practitioner, she offers sound healing sessions and gong baths using gongs, crystal bowls and other instruments to support deep relaxation and nervous system calming.
