JWL Sports Therapy offers a comprehensive range of services designed to support injury recovery, movement optimisation, and overall physical wellbeing. The team combines sports therapy, physiotherapy, and complementary therapies to address clients' individual needs.
Sports massage and physiotherapy form the core of the practice. Initial consultations involve taking a full history of your injury and providing testing to help build a diagnosis, followed by continued treatment tailored to your recovery. Biomechanical assessment is also available to identify movement patterns and structural factors affecting performance or pain.
Beyond injury-focused work, JWL Sports Therapy offers personal training and gym-based rehabilitation to support fitness goals and safe return to activity. Indian head massage and traditional acupuncture are also available for those seeking complementary approaches to tension relief and wellbeing.
The team includes Ewan Miller, who graduated from the University of Chichester in 2024 with a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy and is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy, and Kat Huggins, a sports massage therapist who qualified in 2024 and has a particular interest in helping people recover from sports-related injuries. The practice is also supported by full membership of the Society of Sports Therapists.
