She gained her acupuncture license from The London College of Traditional Acupuncture and completed a 4-year full-time degree in medical herbalism at Middlesex University. She holds a Master of Science degree in Nutrition with a special focus on women's health, and is registered with both the British Acupuncture Council and the National Institute of Medical Herbalists.
