About Julia Dryden
Julia Dryden is a qualified psychotherapist with the Society of Analytical Psychology (SAP) and holds a university-validated Post Graduate Diploma in Integrative Counselling. She is registered with the British Psychoanalytic Council (BPC), United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapists (UKCP), British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), Forum of Independent Psychotherapists (FiP), and the International Association of Analytical Psychology (IAAP).
Julia offers general counselling sessions and specialises in supporting clients through a range of emotional and life challenges. She works with anxiety, depression, stress, panic attacks, overwhelming anger, isolation and loneliness. She also provides bereavement counselling for those navigating loss, and couples counselling for relationship difficulties. Her practice extends to supporting clients through major life transitions, including starting or ending a job or relationship, as well as perinatal mental health concerns including post-natal depression and the challenges of pregnancy and parenthood.
Sessions are available both face-to-face and online via Zoom, with daytime availability. Julia's integrative approach draws on analytical psychology to help clients understand and work through emotional distress, offering a compassionate space for reflection and change.
Whether you're seeking support for a specific concern or exploring deeper personal growth, Julia provides a professional, confidential therapeutic relationship tailored to your needs.
