Julia Denington is a UKCP registered Integrative Psychotherapist offering counselling and psychotherapy to individuals aged 14 and upwards, as well as to adults and families. She provides a safe, confidential and non-judgmental space for therapeutic work.
Julia has particular expertise in supporting those struggling with anxiety, depression, eating disorders, self-harm and relationship difficulties. She offers general counselling sessions alongside family and systemic therapy, tailoring her approach to each client's needs.
Beyond direct client work, Julia provides individual and group supervision to trainee and qualified counsellors and psychotherapists, and develops training packages for organisations and groups working with young people and adults experiencing emotional or mental health challenges.
