Joy Behrmann is a BACP-accredited counsellor and psychotherapist specialising in relationship, couples and family work. With an MA in Relationship Counselling, she brings depth and expertise to the challenges that affect many people's lives.

Joy works with adults individually, couples, and families. Whether you're married, living together, separated or single, she can help you navigate relationship difficulties. She also works with families who may have experienced difficult events in the past that haven't been openly discussed, helping to create space for understanding and healing. Some clients come alone to explore patterns in previous relationships that have created problems, or to process a recent break-up.

Her approach is grounded in systemic and relational thinking, drawing on her professional experience to help clients understand the dynamics at play in their relationships and family systems.
