As a Reiki Master and Advanced Chakra Healer, the practice draws on ancient Japanese healing modalities to create gently restorative, balancing and healing experiences. Chakra clearing and balancing are woven into treatments of varying lengths, supporting energy work at your own pace.
Beyond Reiki, Journey Within provides sound healing sessions that work with frequency and vibration to clear, purify and shift energy in a meditative state. Guided meditation and nervous system reset sessions offer a pause and reset suitable for anyone, with bespoke themes tailored to your needs. Talking therapies and coaching are available as one-off sessions or as part of longer-term plans designed around your personal goals.
The practice also holds space for ceremony and oracle card readings, drawing on cacao ceremony traditions. Group workshops, circles and events are offered in a homely environment with limited tickets, creating an intimate setting for shared healing. Journey Within equally welcomes all—with dedicated spaces and offerings for children, and a dedicated men's space celebrating the masculine alongside all other visitors.
