Jog On Running & Fitness, founded in September 2015 by qualified athletics coaches Erica Carter and Heather Harris, is dedicated to providing fun and friendly fitness experiences in Berkhamsted. The duo began their journey by offering Beginners couch to 5k courses, which quickly gained popularity and led to the expansion of their offerings to include Improvers courses, 5 to 10k training, and beyond. Their philosophy emphasizes that fitness should be enjoyable and supportive, ensuring that no participant is left behind.

The unique approach of Jog On combines running with strength and conditioning classes, as well as Oregon Circuit sessions, catering to a wide range of fitness levels. They also offer online virtual running courses, allowing participants the flexibility to train at their convenience. With a commitment to community and charity, Jog On has successfully raised over £40,000 for the Hospice of St Francis while training hundreds of individuals aged 13 to 70.
