Joanne Watt Counselling is a fully qualified and accredited counsellor with extensive experience in a range of psychological theories. Accredited with MBACP, Joanne works with individuals and couples facing a wide range of challenges, including relationship issues, anxiety, depression, grief and bereavement, trauma, stress, self-esteem concerns, and life changes. She also has specialist experience supporting those navigating infertility.
Joanne offers general counselling sessions alongside cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), which she uses to help with anxiety, depression, and trauma-related concerns. She provides couples counselling for those working through relationship difficulties. Sessions are available face-to-face, online, or by telephone, giving you flexibility in how you access support.
Currently working in private practice and with various Employee Assistance Programmes, Joanne is also an Associate Couples Therapist with RelateNI.
