Joanna Kovacs Nutrition offers nutritional therapy and counselling services to support your health and wellbeing. As a member of the British Association of Nutritional Therapists (MBANT) and registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), Joanna provides one-to-one nutritional consultations, tailored packages, and small group workshops.
Initial consultations last approximately one hour and fifteen minutes, with follow-up appointments typically recommended two to four weeks later. During your sessions, you'll receive an individually prepared plan, and diagnostic testing may be recommended if additional insight is needed. Nutritional supplements are also available as part of your personalised approach.
Joanna works with a range of health concerns, including digestive health issues such as IBS, leaky gut, and candida; women's health including hormonal balance, PCOS, menopause, and pregnancy care; children's nutrition covering weaning, fussy eating, allergies, and eczema; and skin conditions including acne, dermatitis, eczema, psoriasis, and rosacea. She also supports clients with weight management, food allergies and intolerances, and stress and sleep problems.
In addition to nutritional therapy, Joanna offers homeopathy consultations, family and systemic therapy, and general counselling sessions, providing a holistic approach to your health journey.
