She holds an MSc in Psychotherapy and is also an accredited supervisor for both UKCP and BACP, providing clinical supervision to psychotherapists and counsellors.

Joanna specialises in Gestalt therapy, having trained at Metanoia Institute, and has extensive training in EMDR and attachment-focused EMDR for trauma work. She has explored trauma in depth, including the neuroscience of trauma and its complex links to how we relate to ourselves and others.
