About Jo Standen
Jo Standen is a qualified yoga teacher with a passion for making yoga accessible to everyone. A member of the Friends of Yoga Society since 2013, Jo has completed 500 hours of advanced yoga study and holds a Teenyoga qualification gained in 2018, reflecting a particular interest in yoga for young people.
Jo offers a range of weekly yoga classes including introductory sessions, chair-based yoga suitable for over 50s, and morning classes. Chair yoga is a particular focus, with dedicated lunchtime and morning sessions designed for accessibility and comfort.
