Jo Eatherton is a Doula UK recognised doula and Nurturing Birth certified practitioner offering comprehensive support through pregnancy, labour, birth and the postnatal period. With experience since 2011, she combines practical, physical and emotional care tailored to each client's needs.
As a birth doula, Jo helps you make informed choices about your birth, providing continuous support through labour and birth until you and your baby are happily settled. Her service includes one to two antenatal visits and a 24-hour on-call service for two weeks either side of your due date.
Postnatally, Jo offers dedicated support as your life changes, helping with feeding, household tasks like meal preparation and grocery shopping, or simply being someone to talk to. Her approach is aligned with UNICEF and WHO guidance on breastfeeding support.
