Jill Threadgold Counselling & Psychotherapy offers integrative counselling and psychotherapy for adults navigating life's challenges. As a fully qualified counsellor and psychotherapist with a Masters in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy, Jill draws upon many therapeutic approaches to understand each person's individual experience.
Specialist areas include anxiety, work-based stress, burnout, depression, bereavement, and relationship difficulties. Jill is a trauma-informed therapist with considerable experience working with OCD and ADHD, and also offers career coaching and support through life and career transitions.
Services include general counselling sessions, integrative counselling, couples counselling, and walk and talk therapy. Sessions are available both online and in person, with walking therapy offered in the South West London area. For couples work, an initial session together helps establish the foundation for ongoing support.
Jill is an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), a member of BACP Coaching and the European Coaching and Mentoring Council, and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Personnel and Development.
