About Jenny Hill
Jenny Hill is a Feldenkrais Method practitioner and committee member of the Feldenkrais UK Guild for 10 years, offering both group classes and individual sessions to help clients move with greater ease and freedom.
She teaches the Feldenkrais Method through weekly group classes in Awareness through Movement, available online and in-person, as well as one-to-one Functional Integration sessions. Her work focuses on helping chronic pain sufferers who have tried other approaches to lead active and pain-free lives. She also supports clients with posture improvement, nervous system regulation, recovery from surgery and injuries, and rehabilitation from neurological conditions including strokes and MS.
Jenny's experience extends to working with dancers and movers, helping improve technique, coordination, flow, balance and precision while addressing both short and long-term injuries. She is certified in the Jeremy Krauss Approach and has completed specialist training for working with children with special needs.
The Feldenkrais Method, developed by Moshe Feldenkrais, uses gentle, mindful movement to retrain how the nervous system organises itself, often producing profound improvements in mobility, coordination and wellbeing. Jenny's combination of deep method expertise and long-standing involvement with the Feldenkrais community makes her a knowledgeable guide for anyone seeking to move better and feel better, whether recovering from injury, managing chronic pain, or simply exploring their movement potential.
