About Jen Elkeles
Jen Elkeles teaches the Alexander Technique, a movement and postural practice that identifies unconscious patterns of excessive muscular tension. Through this approach, many people find relief from pain including sciatica, back pain, and discomfort in the knee, hip, neck and shoulders. The Technique works by addressing how tension interferes with postural support, skeletal alignment and movement, helping to restore ease and balance to the body.
Jen is a member of the Society of Teachers of the Alexander Technique (STAT), holding the MSTAT credential. She offers individual sessions tailored to help you understand and change the habits that may be contributing to pain or restricted movement.
Whether you're dealing with chronic pain, poor posture, or simply want to move with greater freedom and efficiency, the Alexander Technique offers a practical, evidence-informed path to better body awareness and wellbeing.
