About Jayne Howie Counselling
Jayne Howie Counselling offers a range of talking therapies delivered by a counsellor and psychotherapist who uses both counselling and psychotherapy skills to help you explore emotions and find your way forward.
The practice draws on an integrated approach combining Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Humanistic Therapy, Person-Centred approaches, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. Sessions are tailored to your needs, whether you prefer face-to-face, online, or telephone support.
Beyond counselling, Jayne brings over a decade of experience as a trained yoga teacher, running classes and offering one-to-one sessions. She has also worked as a mindfulness trainer for 10 years, incorporating mindfulness and relaxation techniques into her therapeutic practice to support stress reduction and wellbeing.
Jayne Howie Counselling is a registered member of the NCPS and holds PVG scheme membership. The practice is suited to anyone seeking professional support to explore their emotions, work through challenges, or develop greater calm and resilience through complementary yoga and mindfulness approaches.
