About Jason Campbell Coaching
Jason started his first business at 17 from his college bedroom, buying reject pizzas from a local factory and selling them to hungry students. It wasn't groundbreaking, but it was the springboard to something bigger. At 19, he designed and manufactured a product range to compete with Filofax — his first order, from WH Smith, was made in his bedroom. Within 18 months the range was stocked by major UK and European retailers including Liberty and Selfridges, and used by brands like Mercedes-Benz and Shell. He sold the company four years later to a global stationery retailer.
Over the past 30+ years, Jason has started, grown and turned around numerous businesses, mainly in the creative, branding and marketing sectors — from two people working at home to a 38-person agency, and from a 15-person London office to 400 employees worldwide.
For the last 18 years, he has coached and mentored SME business owners and senior executives, going full-time in 2015. His core work is SME turnarounds, though his results have led to invitations to work with some of the world's largest brands. A multi-award-winning coach, he holds global accreditations with the WABC, ILM and BCA, assesses trainee coaches at The Business Coaching Academy, and is BIMA's resident coach, overseeing its globally respected mentoring programme.
Straight-talking, hugely positive and always constructive, Jason asks the questions many won't — and makes it his mission to understand every client and their business.
