About Jasmine Kitchen Therapy
Jasmine Kitchen Therapy is a fully accredited cognitive behavioural therapist with the BABCP and a qualified EMDR therapist, offering one-to-one evidence-based therapy for adults experiencing common mental health difficulties.
The practice specialises in anxiety-based issues, including panic attacks and phobias, with a particular interest in specific phobias such as emetophobia and blood/needle/injury phobia. Using NICE-recommended CBT interventions and EMDR, Jasmine Kitchen Therapy helps clients work through anxiety, worry, stress, low self-esteem, and depression. EMDR is also used to support people recovering from difficult or traumatic events, including post-traumatic stress disorder.
Beyond core anxiety and trauma work, the practice has completed additional training in evidence-based CBT for long-term health conditions and autism-adapted therapy, broadening the range of clients who can be supported. There is also an interest in working with people who are deaf, having completed British Sign Language Level 1 training.
Sessions are available online, by telephone, or face-to-face, making therapy accessible in a way that suits your needs. This flexibility, combined with specialist training and accreditation, means Jasmine Kitchen Therapy can support adults navigating anxiety, trauma, low mood, and life challenges with evidence-based, personalised care.
