Janice Segal is a Senior Accredited Counsellor with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, offering individual counselling and bereavement support to clients navigating life's challenges.
With training grounded in both person-centred and psychodynamic approaches, Janice provides general counselling sessions tailored to your needs. She has particular experience working in mental health and bereavement services, bringing depth and compassion to those processing loss and grief.
Janice also works with couples, having trained as a Couple Therapist with the London Marriage Guidance Council. She holds a Certificate in NICE Recommended Counselling for Depression (IAPT) and a Certificate in Psychosexual Studies, equipping her to support clients with relationship difficulties and related concerns.
