About Jane Winson
Jane Winson is a UKCP-registered psychotherapist specialising in trauma and couples therapy. She offers a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches delivered in a supportive, confidential setting.
Her individual psychotherapy sessions address anxiety, depression, and the effects of trauma and life challenges. For couples and families, she provides dedicated couples counselling and family and systemic therapy, helping relationships navigate difficult periods and improve communication.
Jane draws on multiple therapeutic modalities to tailor treatment to each client's needs. These include EMDR therapy for trauma processing, CBT for anxiety and depression, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples work, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Internal Family Systems coaching, and play therapy for younger clients. This integrative approach allows her to meet clients where they are and support lasting change.
Registered with the UK Council for Psychotherapy since 2011 and an accredited supervisor with the Association for Family Therapy, Jane brings both clinical expertise and professional oversight to her practice. Whether you're navigating relationship difficulties, processing past trauma, managing anxiety or depression, or seeking support through family challenges, she provides a safe space for reflection and growth.
