Jane is a fully trained relational counsellor registered with the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy), and is in the final stages of her psychotherapy training with the Welsh Psychotherapy Institute.
Sessions are available both in person and via Zoom, giving you flexibility in how you access support. Jane works within a humanistic approach, creating a collaborative space where you can clarify your thoughts and feelings at your own pace.
