About Jane Clack
Jane Clack is a UKCP registered counsellor and psychotherapist, and a member of BACP. She works with adults using a range of evidence-based approaches, including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, integrative counselling, solution-focused brief therapy, and person-centred therapy. She offers both face-to-face and online sessions via Zoom.
Jane specialises in anxiety, depression, bereavement, and trauma — including domestic violence, experiences of child abuse, being in care, and work-related PTSD. She also works with relationship issues, helping clients improve their relationships, take responsibility, and regain a sense of control. Her experience extends to supporting adults navigating loneliness, isolation, low self-esteem, and other life challenges.
With postgraduate training in CBT and an MA in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy, Jane brings depth and flexibility to her practice. She holds additional qualifications in resource-based therapies and has specific expertise in CBT treatment of trauma caused by road traffic accidents.
Jane's approach is tailored to each client's needs, drawing on multiple therapeutic models to help you think through your concerns and move forward. Whether you're seeking support for a specific issue or exploring deeper patterns, she offers a confidential, professional space for change.
