About Jane Bennett
Jane Bennett offers a holistic approach to wellbeing that integrates movement, bodywork, and psychotherapy. With over two decades of teaching experience, she has worked within the principles of a well-functioning body, drawing on diverse modalities to support both physical and emotional health.
Her core offerings include Craniosacral Therapy, a gentle but potent approach using light touch that has evolved to integrate neuroscience, psychology, and trauma resolution. She also teaches Yoga Class and the Feldenkrais Method, both grounded in movement education and somatic awareness.
As a UKCP-qualified psychotherapist, Jane treats the history held in our bodies, recognising the deep connection between physical experience and psychological wellbeing. She holds membership with the British Craniosacral Therapy Association since 2006 and is registered as a Craniosacral Therapist with the RCST.
Jane also offers General Counselling Sessions, bringing her integrated understanding of body and mind to therapeutic work.
Her practice is designed for those seeking to work with their whole self—combining skilled bodywork, movement practice, and psychotherapeutic support to foster genuine wellbeing and resilience.
