Jacqui Brooks Counselling & Coaching offers professional support through counselling, psychotherapy, life coaching, and mindfulness teaching. Jacqui has completed a four-year transactional analysis psychotherapy course and is a member of both the European Association for Transactional Analysis (EATA) and the United Kingdom Association for Transactional Analysis (UKATA). She is also a recently qualified teacher of mindfulness for mental wellness, and runs weekly meditation group classes as well as mindfulness and compassion courses.
She works with a range of concerns including stress, anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties, tailoring her approach to your individual needs. Sessions are available via Zoom, making support accessible wherever you are.
