About Jacqueline Ullmann Counselling & EMDR
Jacqueline Ullmann Counselling & EMDR offers compassionate, evidence-based therapy for people navigating life's challenges. As a BACP Registered Senior Accredited Member, Jacqueline brings over 20 years of specialist counselling experience, including work within the NHS where she supported many bereaved individuals.
Services include general counselling, EMDR therapy, and bereavement counselling. Jacqueline also offers cognitive behaviour therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, family and systemic therapy, and psychodynamic therapy, working in a person-centred approach that integrates elements from multiple therapeutic traditions.
EMDR is a structured, evidence-based therapy that helps people process distressing memories, making it particularly valuable for trauma work. Jacqueline has undertaken further training in counselling for cancer and other life-threatening illnesses, bringing specialist knowledge to clients facing serious health challenges.
