Specialising in neurodivergence, Jacqueline offers neurodivergent-affirming therapy and a hybrid coaching and therapy option specifically tailored to ADHD. She has deeper knowledge and experience working with individuals diagnosed with ADHD, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). She also brings broad experience supporting adults and young people with anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, eating disorders, and addiction, as well as work-related stress and redundancy.
In addition to therapeutic support, Jacqueline offers mood and mental health nutrition guidance, recognising the important connection between physical wellbeing and emotional resilience.
