About Jackie Hart Counselling
Jackie Hart Counselling offers psychodynamic therapy and general counselling for a wide range of emotional and psychological concerns. Jackie is a fully trained, BACP registered and accredited psychodynamic counsellor with over 10 years' experience.
Jackie specialises in helping people work through anxiety, depression, bereavement, stress, relationship issues, family difficulties, domestic violence, abuse, anger management, bullying, self-harm, and work-related concerns. She believes that the past can influence the present, which underpins her psychodynamic approach to therapy.
Services are delivered flexibly to suit your needs. Jackie offers telephone and video counselling, as well as some evening and weekend appointments, making it easier to access support around your schedule. In addition to her core counselling work, Jackie has studied art psychotherapy at Goldsmiths University and holds a qualification in cognitive behaviour approach, bringing additional therapeutic perspectives to her practice.
