Jack Pijl is a UKCP-accredited psychotherapist and leadership coach working with individuals and organisations to promote mental wellbeing and professional development. He draws on Transactional Analysis therapy alongside psychodynamic and relational models to support clients through a range of challenges.
As a psychotherapist, Jack offers general counselling sessions for individuals seeking support with their mental health and personal wellbeing. His coaching practice spans leadership coaching, executive coaching, and team leadership facilitation, addressing significant workplace issues including career development, redundancy support, and preparation for promotion. He works with clients on a one-to-one basis, in pairs, and with groups and teams, tailoring his approach to organisational and individual needs.
Jack is accredited with the United Kingdom Council of Psychotherapy (UKCP) and holds memberships with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), EMCC Global as a Senior Practitioner, and the International Association of Relational Transactional Analysts (IARTA). He trained at the Metanoia Institute in London.
