Izzy Hicks is a Relational Psychotherapeutic Counsellor registered with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP), offering compassionate, evidence-based support for a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges.
Specialising in trauma work, Izzy provides EMDR therapy—a highly effective approach for processing traumatic experiences, grief, and deeply rooted anxiety. She also offers couples counselling to help partners navigate relationship difficulties, and bereavement counselling for those grieving loss, including specialist support for baby loss through her work with the Infant Loss Foundation.
