About Iris Brennan
Iris Brennan is an MNCS accredited Counsellor and Psychotherapist offering a range of talking therapies for adults, children and young people. Counselling provides your space to talk about how you feel, and Iris uses an integrative approach that blends elements of different therapies to meet your individual needs.
Iris offers general counselling sessions alongside specialist support for depression, bereavement, couples and family work. She also provides cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and online counselling, making therapy accessible in the way that suits you best. Her experience spans work with individuals navigating loss, relationship difficulties, family dynamics and emotional wellbeing.
Holding a CPCAB Level 2 certificate in counselling skills alongside her MNCS accreditation, Iris brings a structured, person-centred approach to her practice. Sessions are 50 minutes long, and she works flexibly to support clients at different stages of their therapeutic journey.
