As a certified coach who has completed an International Coaching Federation accredited coach training programme, the practice provides both personal life coaching and business coaching tailored to individual goals.
Services span hypnotherapy including smoking cessation support, with quit smoking sessions running 90 minutes and comprising focused conversation and therapeutic technique. The fusion sessions integrate coaching with breakthrough techniques including mindfulness, emotional freedom technique (EFT), neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), somatic techniques and meditation, creating a blended approach to personal transformation.
Mediation group classes and individual EFT sessions are also available, alongside energy healing work.
