Sherridan Stymest offers holistic support for families during pregnancy, birth, and the early postnatal period. Her practice combines several complementary approaches to help parents and babies through this transformative time.

Sherridan is a qualified International Board Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) and provides breastfeeding support, recognising that feeding is a learnt skill. She also works as a birth doula, helping families achieve a positive birth experience, and offers postnatal support to help babies adjust to being in the world.

Craniosacral therapy forms a central part of her work. She is a Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist registered with CTET and holds membership with The Craniosacral Therapy Association. She offers both biodynamic craniosacral therapy and general craniosacral therapy antenatally and postnatally, providing gentle treatment during key transitions. Sherridan also practises pregnancy and postnatal acupuncture to support wellbeing throughout these phases.
