About Inthia Stacey
Inthia Stacey is a qualified psychotherapist and counsellor with twenty years' experience supporting people through a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties. She is accredited with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, registered with the British Psychoanalytic Council, and a member of the Society of Analytical Psychology.
Inthia offers both short-term and long-term counselling tailored to your needs. She has worked with people experiencing anxiety and panic attacks, depression, bereavement, relationship issues, and childhood trauma. Her approach is grounded in psychodynamic and Jungian perspectives, helping you explore the roots of your difficulties and find meaningful change.
Sessions are available online via Zoom, by telephone, or face-to-face, giving you flexibility in how you access support. Inthia also offers supervision for counsellors in training or in established practice, supporting professional development and reflective practice.
