Sue specialises in anxiety, depression, bereavement and loss, providing safe, empathic and non-judgmental support. She is particularly passionate about working with clients through bereavement, understanding how devastating loss can be. She also supports clients dealing with abuse.
Sue draws on a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT)—for which she has completed two Level 4 courses with Cardiff University—alongside Person-Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and creative techniques.
