About Insula Wellbeing
Insula Wellbeing offers counselling and therapy services for individuals, couples, teenagers, and families navigating a wide range of life challenges. The practice provides support with anxiety, depression, stress management, grief and loss, relationship issues, self-esteem, and life transitions. Adolescent and teen counselling is available alongside couples counselling for those working through relationship difficulties, and bereavement counselling for those processing loss.
Beyond one-to-one sessions, Insula Wellbeing creates bespoke workplace wellbeing packages and workshops tailored to organisational needs, helping teams manage burnout and overwhelm in professional settings.
The practice is led by Jessica Melville, a Mental Health Occupational Therapist registered with both the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and the Royal College of Occupational Therapists (RCOT). This combination of qualifications and professional regulation ensures a grounded, evidence-informed approach to therapy.
Whether you're facing a specific difficulty, navigating a major life change, or seeking support as a couple or family, Insula Wellbeing provides a space to explore your concerns and build practical strategies for wellbeing.
