Inner River Therapies offers integrative counselling that blends different therapeutic approaches to support your mental health and wellbeing. As a qualified MBACP registered counsellor, the practice works from a compassionate, trauma-informed perspective, helping people who have experienced trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, and bereavement.

Services are delivered flexibly to suit your needs. Face-to-face sessions, online counselling via Google Meet or Zoom, and telephone counselling are all available. Walk and talk therapy is also offered on request following an initial session. The practice has particular experience supporting professionals dealing with work-related stress, anxiety, depression and burnout, as well as those who have experienced domestic abuse. Bereavement support draws on experience working with Cruse Bereavement Services.

The therapeutic toolkit includes integrative counselling, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), somatic experiencing, and art therapy, allowing the counsellor to tailor treatment to what works best for you.
