With over 18 years of teaching experience, the founder is a qualified yoga teacher (YFNI) and an accredited Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) Teacher, holding an MSc in Mindfulness-Based Approaches from Bangor University.

Classes are available both online via Zoom and in-person, with a range of options to suit different needs and schedules. Meditation group classes are complemented by yoga sessions, and the practice is further supported by a library of 17 free recorded meditations ranging from 4 to 55 minutes. For those seeking deeper engagement, Immeasurable Minds also runs online mindfulness book clubs that blend reading, reflection, and real conversation.

Beyond regular classes, the business offers couples workshops and retreats, as well as faith and spiritual counselling for those exploring their spiritual path. An ordained Interfaith Minister, the founder brings a holistic approach to wellbeing that honours different belief systems and personal values.
