The gym provides flexible fitness class options, with individual classes available from just £5 or unlimited access for members. Reformer pilates and specialist coaching from fully qualified personal trainers are also available. New members receive a free fitness assessment, and those working with a personal trainer get a bespoke fitness plan with progress reviews every six weeks.
Iconiq Fitness is an affiliated Hyrox training centre, offering dedicated Hyrox training classes, nutrition planning, and specialist coaching for those training towards the Hyrox event.
