HY Counselling Hello offers individual counselling to adults, drawing on a humanistic gestalt approach developed through a Level 5 Advanced Diploma in Humanistic Gestalt Counselling. The practice is BACP Accredited and registered with GMBPsS, ensuring professional standards and accountability.

A particular area of specialisation is autism-affirming therapy and support for neurodivergent profiles, including ADHD and Tourette's Syndrome. This expertise is grounded in direct experience: the counsellor has worked within an autism and neurodivergent specialist agency and brings lived experience as an autistic and neurodivergent individual themselves.

Sessions are available online or by telephone to anyone within the UK, as well as in person. This flexibility means you can access support in the way that works best for you, whether you prefer the convenience of remote sessions or the structure of face-to-face work.
