Hopefulminds offers online and in-person counselling and therapy across the UK for individuals and couples. Founded by Ian Stockbridge (MBACP Senior Accredited), the practice provides a confidential space to explore what you're going through at your own pace, with experienced therapists trained in a range of evidence-based approaches.
Services include general counselling, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and hypnotherapy. The team also offers specialist support for adults navigating ADHD, autism and other neurodivergent experiences, as well as support for alcohol, gaming, gambling, and technology-related concerns.
For couples and families, Hopefulminds provides relationship counselling focused on stronger communication and deeper understanding, alongside family and systemic therapy and support for separation and divorce. ADHD coaching is also available for those seeking structured guidance.
