Where are your yoga classes held?
Our yoga classes take place at Henllys Fach, near Llandovery SA20 0EN, in our beautiful new studio. We offer small, friendly classes, and also hold twice-daily yoga and meditation sessions in our spacious open studio, or outdoors under the stars during retreats.
Do you offer wellness retreats?
Yes, we host wellness retreats that include treatments, massages, reflexology, and twice-daily yoga and meditation sessions in a peaceful setting with healthy, delicious food. Our retreats are designed to be both relaxing and energising.
What is cupping therapy and do you offer it?
We offer Belabacci Cupping, an innovative massage technique using silicone cups. This is one of our newer treatment offerings designed to complement our other therapeutic services.
How does acupuncture and dry needling work?
Using very fine needles, acupuncture and dry needling is a hugely effective way to release tension and tight muscles. These traditional techniques are part of our Eastern medicine offerings.
