Holistic Flow Devon – Lou offers a warm, integrated approach to wellbeing through energy work, movement, and therapeutic support. Lou is a qualified counsellor and counselling supervisor with 14 years of NHS experience, bringing a trauma-informed perspective to all her work.

Services span reiki and sound healing, with sound baths described as meditative experiences where you're gently bathed in the vibrations of crystal bowls, chimes, and ocean drums. Lou teaches a range of yoga styles including kundalini and yin yoga, alongside yoga nidra, guided meditation, and breathwork. One-to-one coaching sessions help clients who feel stuck, burnt out, or disconnected from themselves. Workshops blend movement, psychoeducation, and deep rest, while women's circles offer a grounded space for shared experience. General counselling sessions are also available.
