About Hilary Lester
Hilary Lester is a counsellor, therapist and Jungian analyst registered with the British Psychoanalytic Council (BPC), the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP), the Society of Analytical Psychology, and the International Association of Analytical Psychology (IAAP).
With long experience of working with a wide variety of psychological problems, Hilary offers general counselling sessions alongside specialist support for anxiety, depression, bereavement, and infertility. Initial exploratory sessions help discover what is happening for you, creating a foundation for meaningful therapeutic work.
Hilary works with adolescents, young adults, couples and families, providing couples counselling, family and systemic therapy, and adolescent and teen counselling. She also offers homeopathy consultations as part of her holistic approach to wellbeing.
